Applications
- High-pressure cleaning and deburring of parts and components
- Spray and intensive flood wash machines in parts cleaning lines
- Inter-operational and final cleaning in metalworking processes
- Removal of soluble oils, light neat cutting and forming oils, lubrication oils, soft film corrosion preventives, swarf and general dirt
Recommended Conditions of Use
- Concentration: typically 1–4 % depending on soil load and application
- Temperature range: from ambient up to around 65 °C
- Spray pressure: suitable for high-pressure spray and deburring systems
Benefits
- Very low foaming – minimises risk of cavitation and damage to high-pressure pumps
- Excellent demulsifying behaviour – easy tramp oil separation and extended bath life
- Leaves a very thin temporary corrosion protective film on metal surfaces after drying
- Multi-metal compatible – steel, cast iron, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and zinc
- Suitable for both hard and soft water – flexible in different plant conditions
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about Techniclean HP
