Castrol Variocut™ B 46 TC is a high performance neat cutting fluid for selected metal cutting operations as specified in the Castrol product data sheet, supporting stable machining, tool life and good surface finish.

Castrol Variocut™ B 9 is a low-viscosity neat cutting fluid for selected machining operations as defined in the Castrol application table.

Castrol Variocut C 335 is a chlorine- and heavy-metal-free neat cutting fluid for the general machining of high alloy steels and for broaching and gear cutting of medium alloy steels – not recommended for non-ferrous metals.

Castrol Variocut C 462 is a high-performance neat cutting oil for demanding machining operations, providing excellent pressure stability, strong lubricity and reliable process performance.

Castrol Variocut D 112 is a high-performance neat cutting oil with excellent lubrication and stable machining performance.

Castrol Variocut D 734 is a high-performance, non-water-miscible cutting fluid formulated for deep hole drilling, broaching and gear manufacturing of cast iron and alloyed steels. The product contains active sulfur and is therefore not suitable for non-ferrous metals.

Castrol Variocut D 824 is a high-performance, non-water-miscible cutting oil for deep drilling, broaching and gear machining of cast iron and medium-alloy steels — formulated with active sulphur for maximum EP performance.
