Techniclean 90 XBC
Techniclean 90 XBC is a water-based, mildly alkaline industrial cleaner designed for intermediate and final stage cleaning processes. It contains biodegradable surfactants and corrosion inhibitors and is free from inorganic salts, formaldehyde-releasing biocides and monoethanolamine. It is highly suitable for modern spray and flood wash systems.
Application
Techniclean 90 XBC is suitable for cleaning ferrous and aluminium alloys and effectively removes:
- residues of water-miscible metalworking fluids
- light machining and forming oils
- thin corrosion protection films
- lubricants, chips and general workshop contamination
The product is fully compatible with Castrol Alusol XBB and Hysol XBB emulsions. Used cleaner solution can be returned to the coolant system without negatively impacting lubrication performance.
Operating Guidelines
- Concentration (low pressure spray / flood wash): 1–5 %
- Concentration (high pressure applications): 1–2 %
- Temperature range: ambient – 70 °C
- Spray pressure: up to 1200 bar
- Water hardness range: 0–20 °dH / 0–350 ppm CaCO₃
