TECHNICLEAN 80 XBC
Techniclean 80 XBC is an aqueous, mild alkaline industrial cleaner formulated with biodegradable surfactants and corrosion inhibitors. It contains no inorganic salts and no formaldehyde-releasing agents.
Application
Designed for inter-operational and final cleaning of ferrous and aluminium components in spray, high-pressure and flood wash systems. It effectively removes:
- soluble oil residues
- light neat cutting & forming oils
- thin corrosion preventive films
- lubrication oils, swarf and general dirt
Techniclean 80 XBC is fully compatible with Castrol Alusol XBB and Hysol XBB coolants. Used cleaner solutions can be recycled directly back into the XBB coolant emulsion without negatively affecting performance.
Conditions of Use
- Concentration (low pressure / flood): 1–5%
- Concentration (high pressure): 1–2%
- Temperature range: ambient – 70 °C
- Spray pressure: up to 1200 bar
- Water hardness: 0–350 ppm CaCO3
