Techniclean 45 XBC
Techniclean 45 XBC is an aqueous mild alkaline industrial cleaner formulated with highly efficient corrosion inhibitors that deliver excellent temporary indoor corrosion protection. The product contains no boron or formaldehyde-releasing agents.
Application
Techniclean 45 XBC is designed for final cleaning of ferrous metals in a wide range of industrial spray and flood-wash machines. It effectively removes:
- soluble and light neat cutting oils
- lubrication oils
- chips, residues and general dirt
It provides several weeks of temporary indoor corrosion protection depending on storage conditions.
Conditions of Use
- Concentration: 1–7 %
- Temperature range: ambient – 70 °C
- Fully compatible with Castrol Alusol XBB and Castrol Hysol XBB
The used cleaning solution can be recycled back into XBB coolant systems without negatively affecting emulsion performance.
