The product is free from inorganic salts and monoethanolamine (MEA), making it particularly suitable for demanding cleaning operations prior to heat treatment or heat diffusion processes.
Application
- Inter-operational and final process cleaning of steel and cast iron components
- Use in spray and intensive flood-wash applications
- Removal of residues from soluble metalworking fluids
- Removal of neat cutting and light forming oils, thin corrosion preventive films, lubrication oils and general shop dirt
- Especially suitable prior to heat treatment or heat diffusion processes such as gas or plasma nitriding
