TECHNICLEAN S 17
Techniclean S 17 is a mildly alkaline, water-based industrial cleaner formulated with biodegradable surfactants and effective corrosion inhibitors. It is designed for inter-stage and final cleaning of components and parts in spray and flood-wash cleaning systems.
Application
Effectively removes:
- soluble metalworking fluids
- light cutting, stamping and forming oils
- lubrication oils and soft corrosion preventive films
- swarf and general industrial soils
Suitable for steel, aluminium and yellow metals.
Conditions of Use
- Concentration: typically 1–5%
- Temperature range: about 40–70 °C
- Spray pressure: up to approx. 20 bar
