MOLUB-ALLOY 3136 has been designed for high loads under unfavorable ambient conditions. Due to its formulation and additives it is able to cope with the extremely high loads and shock loads present in the steel and construction industry as well as in mining and forestry. For the production of MOLUB-ALLOY 3136 lubricating grease a mixture of mineral oil and polymers is used which form a thick lubricating film suited to withstand shock loads and vibrations. The shear-stable thickener has an excellent sealing effect against impurities in case mechanical seals have failed or are missing all together (sealing grease collar at the bearing). Inhibitors against corrosion and oxidation improve the rust protection and aging resistance of the base oil.
